These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of arkis.io and the tools we make available on it, including our AI scoping assistant (together, "the Site"). The Site is operated by JDL Inventures, the company behind Arkis ("Arkis", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What the Site is
The Site is the marketing site for Arkis, a firm that designs and builds AI and go-to-market automation systems. It also lets you start a conversation with us — including through our AI scoping assistant, which asks about your business and suggests where automation might help. Any paid work we do together is governed by a separate written agreement, not these Terms.
Using the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully, and not to:
- Disrupt, overload, or try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it;
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content, except as a search engine or AI crawler acting within the directives in our robots file;
- Misuse the scoping assistant — for example, by submitting other people's personal information without permission, or using it to produce spam, abuse, or unlawful content;
- Use the Site to infringe anyone's rights or to break any applicable law.
The AI scoping assistant
Our scoping assistant ("Archie") gives general, automated suggestions based on what you tell it. Its output — including any estimates, revenue figures, or recommended "plays" — is illustrative, generated by an AI model, and provided for general information only. It is not professional, financial, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a quote or a guarantee of any result. Decisions you make based on it are your own. Intellectual property
The Site's content — text, design, branding, logos, and code — belongs to Arkis or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution, but you may not copy, republish, or reuse it commercially without our permission. "Arkis" and our logo are our marks.
Links and third-party services
The Site links to third-party services we use or recommend — for example, our scheduling tool and our social profiles. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply when you use them.
No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information or AI-generated output on it is accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arkis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on anything on it — including AI-generated suggestions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be handled in the courts of Singapore.
